• 优化的 Oligo(dT)18 Primer 和 Random Primer(N9) 配比，及 SuperMix 组成，确保对不同浓度的 RNA 有相同的反转录效率，短链 cDNA 合 成效率高。
• 反转录仅需 15 分钟。
• 与 qPCR 试剂的高兼容性。
• cDNA 只适用于 qPCR，不适用于常规 PCR。
数据展示
扩增效率高
以梯度稀释（1 μg-100 pg，10 倍稀释）的不同物种 RNA 为模板，使用 TransGen 和 Company V 产品进行反转录并进行 qPCR（AQ601）检测，结果表明， TransGen 产品扩增效率高。
